All these pictures were shot from in and around the Tate Gallery at St. Ives in early May 2009. The rooves make wonderful patterns, and the colours of the floats brighten up mostly drab gardens. I thought I'd shoot the entrance to the gallery from within, rather than the usual view from the otherside, and the boat made a perfect excuse to shoot the wonderful colours of the sea.
